Content is taken directly from the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Training Manual and topics are chosen according to market activity and specific skills needed throughout the year.
Agents are provided with the opportunity to improve their business through enhanced skill acquisition and subject review. Each attendee is given the opportunity to take part in a follow up accountability call in order to achieve the levels of success required in each sector.
