ARLINE LAFFERTY WALLACEâS 20TH ANNIVERSARY
Florida Keys â August 26, 2009 â Arline Wallace, sales associate in CBSRECâs Middle Keys office marked 20 years with Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. (CBSREC) on August 20th.
Arline started with CBSREC on August 20, 1989 as a sales associate and has been an integral part on the Middle Keys office since that date. Her eldest daughter, Sally Manz, worked with CBSREC for a number of years prior to leaving to raise a family. Her daughter, Amy Puto, joined her in September 2001 and they formed âThe Wallace Team,â which has been CBSRECâs top team for sales in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Arline is also a founding member and the current Chairperson for the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation (CBSCF). Her dedication and hard work in organizing and publicizing the CBSCFâs mission has been a prominent reason $640,000+ in donations has been raised and distributed within The Keys since the Foundationâs inception in April 2002. Her current project, a Monroe County-focused suicide prevention program working with the Monroe County Sheriffâs Office, the Guidance Clinic of the Middle Keys and the National Alliance of Mental Illness, will launch in early September coinciding with the 35th annual National Suicide Prevention Week that runs from September 6-12 surrounding World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10.
CBSREC celebrated Arlineâs anniversary at a special catered event with agents, staff, friends and family on August 20th at its Marathon Training Center. Special guest Mayor George Neugent was on hand to present Arline with an official âHonorary Conch Certificateâ.
