CO-SPONSORED FUNDRAISER AT HAWK’S CAY RESORT ON DUCK KEY
Florida Keys – March 27, 2006 -- The 2006 Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation (“CBSCF”)and Tiffany & Co. co-sponsored fundraising event was held Saturday evening, March 25 at Hawk's Cay. The Second Annual “Keys for a Cause” fundraiser was well attended raising over $52,000 for the Foundation. Tiffany & Co., the exclusive jeweler, provided 60 jewelry and gift items to be won by the guests. Each item was hand selected for the event and thrilled the crowd each time a lucky key opened the glass display case to a winning guest. 100% of the proceeds of this event will be used by the CBSCF to assist truly needy residents of the Florida Keys.
The CBSCF has distributed over $300,000 to Keys' residents since it's inception in 2002. The Foundation is funded throughout the year by the generous hearts of the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate agents, their associates, and business partners from Key Largo to Key West.
