CURTIS SKOMP, CCIM DESIGNATED AS THE

Key West, Florida – Curtis Skomp, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmitt Real Estate Co. was recently named the number-one Sales Associate for 2006 in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income across the State of Florida for Coldwell Banker Commercial® out of 2,931 agents statewide.
Curtis Skomp is also the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Company 2006 Top Producer and the Top Listing Agent for the Key West office. He was presented with these awards at the Company’s annual awards banquet held in mid-February at Hawk’s Cay.
Curtis has lived in The Florida Keys since 1980 and has over 15 years experience in Commercial Real Estate in The Keys. He has successfully brokered residential and commercial properties, including shopping centers, hotels, guesthouses, apartment buildings, restaurants, retail bank foreclosures, condo developments, marinas, mobile home parks and storage facilities.
