COLDWELL BANKER SCHMITT’S HOSTS “ELITE AGENT CIRCLE”
MEETING AT HAWK’S CAY RESORT
Florida Keys– June 18, 2007 –
Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company’s (CBSREC) Elite Agent Circle met Friday, June 22nd at Hawk’s Cay Resort on Duck Key. The theme of the meeting was “Unleash Your Power.” Presentations demonstrated how to price and present properties more effectively through a new system designed to strengthen the agent’s value as a marketing specialist through netting sellers top dollar in the real estate market place.
Coldwell Banker Schmitt established the Elite Agent Circle at the beginning of 2007 in recognition of the group members’ exceptional level of success, hard work and dedication to the real estate profession. Each of the 25 members are ranked within the Top 100 (8%) of all agents Keys-wide over the past year. The Top 100 agents were collectively responsible for 50 percent of the sales volume across Monroe County in 2006.
Two new members, Tommy and Kathleen Gomez of CBSREC’s Lower Keys office, were welcomed to the “Elite Agent Circle” after joining CBSREC in April 2007.
