ELITE AGENT CIRCLE “NEGOTIATE TO WIN” SEMINAR
Florida Keys – September 27, 2007 – Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company’s (CBSREC) Elite Agent Circle met Friday, September 21st at Buon Appetito Italian Restaurant on Cudjoe Key to hear Jim Thomas, the much-acclaimed Author of “Negotiate to Win,” a worldwide best seller, speak on the Art of Negotiating. These Top Producers from Key Largo to Key West spent the day learning to craft negotiation strategies and developing their technique.
Thomas has been a world-class negotiator for over 25 years. His work has focused on international mergers and acquisitions for a client list that includes most of the Fortune 500 along with many prominent non-profit groups and trade associations.
Participants agreed that the day was exciting and informative, believing the information and knowledge they absorbed will help them adapt to changing market conditions and successfully represent their clients’ interests.
Coldwell Banker Schmitt established the Elite Agent Circle at the beginning of 2007 in recognition of the group members’ exceptional level of success, hard work and dedication to the real estate profession. Each of the 25 members is ranked within the Top 100 (8%) of all agents Keys-wide over the past year. The Top 100 agents were collectively responsible for 50 percent of the sales volume across Monroe County in 2006.
