Florida Keys, Florida January 21, 2008 – Fifty-five Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. (CBSREC) sales associates completed an in-house training class for a new Coldwell Banker UniversityÒ program, enabling them to earn the professional designation, Certified E-Marketing Specialist. The program provides Coldwell BankerÒ sales associates with knowledge and insight into how the Internet has transformed human communications and customer service in today’s real estate business.
“The Internet has taken on a critical role in the buying and selling of real estate, encompassing virtually every facet from property search and viewing to agent/customer communications to completing the actual transaction,” said Brian Schmitt, President/Broker “This Coldwell Banker University course provided our people with real-world case studies and examples illustrating how they can better market homes and more effectively reach their customers. Keeping current with technologically-advanced clients is vitally important to them.”
