I believe the role as your Realtor is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step.

Banks brings over 25 years of real estate experience to buyers and sellers in the Florida Keys. A native Floridian, and a long time resident and business owner in the Florida Keys, Banks' local Keys knowledge runs the gamut from the best fishing and diving spots to the best neighborhoods to live in. Banks is a boating enthusiast and has owned a boat in some shape or form since childhood, so he is well qualified to answer any questions you may have concerning boating access in the Florida Keys. Banks is a graduate of the University of Florida, and is a retired Air Force Reserve Officer and pilot. His experience includes service in Viet Nam, real estate sales and brokerage, real estate development and general contracting. Other self-employed ventures include restaurant ownership and management, mobile home park ownership and management, and commercial fishing and diving. His love of the real estate business is evident in his success of matching buyers to their dream home, and creating happy property sellers.

You will be hard pressed to find a better realestate agent in the lower keys.
