Coldwell Banker Schmitt Agents Participate In Earth Day Celebration At Cheeca Lodge & Spa

 Florida Keys – May 9, 2016 – Agents from Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s Upper Keys offices participated in the Earth Day Celebration held at Cheeca Lodge & Spa on April 24. The event’s purpose was to support the preservation of the wonders of environmental treasures like the Florida Keys and all it has to offer.

Teams competed in the kickoff event to create a giant sand sculpture that would spell out the 2016 Earth Day slogan, “SAVE EARTH” by sponsoring a letter in the slogan with awards going to the team creating the most eye-catching letter and exhibiting the most team spirit.  CBSREC’s team included Glen & Lizette Miller, Ed & Lisa Reim, Dave Bible, Jamie Martin, Haley Bradley, Sidney Freed, Janice Nagel, Mary Sanchez, Alina Davis, Melba Wilson, and Richard Engel.

The day’s schedule also included speakers on environmental topics from local institutes, marine art by Pasta Pantaleo, interactive exhibits, children’s activities, live music and an array of interesting food and beverage options.
