Florida Keys Children’s Shelter Receives $44,662 Donation From Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation

Florida Keys --April 20, 2022 Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s year-end Awards Banquet served not only as a celebration of its agents’ collective and individual success this year, but also as a venue to raise money for those in need in the Florida Keys through its Charitable Foundation.
The Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation (CBSCF), in concert with local musician, Rob Benton, collected $44,662 at the gathering to be donated to the evening’s beneficiary, the Florida Keys Children’s Shelter (FKCS). A check for the total was presented to Ben Kremmer, FKCS’ CEO by CBSCF Board members and Mr. Benton.
Broker Brian Schmitt commented, “At Coldwell Banker Schmitt, we are very aware of how fortunate we’ve been. It’s important to us that we take the time and make the effort to give back to the Keys in thanks and appreciation.”
