Working with Nira was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I met Nira several years ago on one of our many journeys to the keys. She has always been patient with us as we were on a two year plan to relocate down to the keys. We needed an experienced agent who was familiar with the area as well as taking our list of wants and needs into consideration. She was always there through every phase of the transaction, from contract negotiation, inspections, and follow up all the way through closing. Nira did a great job in coaching us through the selling process. We all learned a lot about Canadians selling in south Florida, and the complex VA mortgage approvals procedure. Nira delivered a buyer in a few days and we closed within a couple of months. I highly recommend Nira as an agent!

Nira Tocco was instrumental in allowing us to fulfill our dream of owning a home in the Keys. Without her, I dare say it would not have happened. Nira was actually NOT our realtor--she was the Seller's realtor. But she gave us great service and always came through with a way to overcome every obstacle that was thrown in our way from financing problems, survey problems, and insurance problems, to tweaking negotiations at the 11th hour so that we could reach our goal. Her sense of humor kept our spirits up when things looked bleakest. Nira's local knowledge and extensive contacts helped seal the deal!
