Christina, is simply amazing! She is knowledgeable of all the Florida Keys locations. She knows the ins and outs regarding the building division and investigates the home owners' permit histories. She also identifies any un-permitted or incomplete code potential problems. Christina knows what areas and neighborhoods are good and which have challenges that will affect you meeting your goals. She will always promptly returns your calls, emails or text messages. She was very helpful and relentless throughout our 11 month journey to find that one special house that checked all of our boxes! Christina Parker is a rare find. She is honest, down to earth, very hard working, and very quick to respond to your concerns. You don't find many people like her anymore in the business world. If you need help from another field she has a large network of people she has worked with and knows who will be reputable, and who will do a good job for you. On a scale of 1-10, I would give her a 9.5 rating.
