Terri Nuechterlein

Hi! I’m Terri Nuechterlein. I’ve lived in the Florida Keys since 2004, but my real estate journey started in Telluride, Colorado, where I led sales and marketing for the Franz Klammer Lodge.

After relocating to the Keys, I joined D’Asign Source and earned my Florida real estate license, to serve D’Asign Source clients and my license hung with Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate. In 2012, I shifted into marine industry marketing — where I’ve worked ever since — but real estate has always remained close to my heart.

Over the years, I’ve continued helping friends and clients find the right communities across South Florida and the Keys. That passion brought me back to the Coldwell Banker Schmitt team.
