Jeanette (InvestintheKeys) is hands down the BEST in the Upper Keys! Her knowledge of the area, the market and her experience selling real estate in the Keys made the home buying experience very comfortable. She is organized, helped to make sure I understood the entire buying process and negotiated like a boss with our best interest in mind! Jeanette really took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and lifestyle. She was patient, encouraging and helped us stay relaxed and comfortable with our decision. Being newer to the area, she knows who to call for anything and gets you the best prices - electrician, painter, lender, whatever you need. I cannot say enough about Jeannette and her team, genuine caring and extremely reliable!

We bought are second home with the Silvestri’s. I can’t even explain how much they have helped . There are realtors and I know dozens , these two are on a whole other level . They should be doing training courses. seriously, just smart as could be and on point constantly

They are the team to sign with to sell your property fast.. I did not have any response from my previous listing agents. Jeanette's Team had a buyer within a week of listing. She noticed the square footage of my home didn't seem right . Soon after it was professionally measured and found to be under what was advertised. this surely made it in the realm of our asking price. Thanks to the Silvestri team.

We decided to sell our home in the Keys where there are some amazing real estate professionals. We chose the Silvestri Team and could not be any happier. Our home sold immediately with above asking price. During the entire process they were always available for questions and guidance throughout the closing. Going above assuring the sellers of our new home since our purchase was contingent on the sale. They always kept us informed and handled every aspect with the upmost professionalism. We highly recommend them.
