Chase was exceptional to work with. From finding houses that suited our needs to dealing with the back and forth of the negotiation process, Chase was there smiling ready to help with whatever we needed. Chase has it all, excellent local knowledge, professional courteous demeanor, and he makes sure the client is comfortable and happy the entire process. He went above and beyond for us and assured me repeatedly no question is stupid. We are first time home buyers and I can promise you some of my questions were stupid, but he answered them professionally and very quickly. I cannot recommend Chase enough

Chase became our property Rental Agent for this condo property in February 2021. He was diligent in addressing the renters concerns and resolving all issues to both renter's and homeowner’s satisfaction. When the opportunity arose to sell the condo unit, Chase successfully obtained a signed contract and managed the sale of the property. He worked with both buyers and sellers to keep all parties informed of the timelines, deadlines and closing appointment. Chase made the purchasing of our house fun and easy. He is so knowledgeable about real estate and all aspects related to the purchasing process. There was never any pressure, but he persisted in trying to determine the correct price range for our needs and wants. He was always quick to respond to any questions or problems. Real estate transactions are so complicated, the paperwork so labor intensive. Chase made it a smooth process. I would highly recommend him.

We met Chase when seeing a house and we were so impressed with his energy and enthusiasm as well as his local knowledge. It was an easy decision to use him as our broker. He kept an active eye on the market and was in touch with us immediately when anything hit the market that he thought suited our needs. He saw houses for us whenever we needed and his honest assessment of homes led us to bid on some and pass on others and we feel that he was spot on every time. When we had an accepted bid on one that ultimately needed too much work, Chase was very patient with us and kept looking. Ultimately Chase found us the right house and was so helpful in the entire process that we felt great about the whole thing. At every step of the way Chase was a superstar for us and we would VERY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

We were looking for a place in the keys to call home. At first we started with land/lots and as Chase spoke to us about the process and requirements we thought it was best to look into a home. It was a fairly short process because we fell in love with like the second home we saw. I used a lot of his recommendations, the inspector and the broker, and they were both great! Chase was always available to speak with and always on top of his text messages. I had a very stressful transaction with the seller but my team made things smoother for us. Chase was fair and completely honest throughout the time we worked with him which is very hard to find in a lot of realtors now in days. I would highly recommend Chase and I would definitely contact him again if I need to sell or buy another property. He is my go to Realtor!
