What we truly appreciated about Aly & Tierce was that they were extremely responsive at all times. We were on a short vacation staying in lslamorada, but wanted to tour some homes in Duck Key on VERY short notice. We met with the team at CB Schmitt in what seemed like the same day and toured multiple properties in our price range on Duck Key. They also set us up with multiple contacts at Hawks Cay - the resort on Duck Key and the team we ultimately selected to manage and rent our unit.Furthermore, they helped connect us with the best mortgage company and insurance providers for the unit we ended up purchasing. I am not an easy client and they exceeded all of our expectations. We will use them for all of our real estate needs in the Keys going forward and will refer them to anyone we can.
