Florida Keys – April 30, 2013–During April 2013, several Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company (CBSREC) sales associates achieved milestone service anniversaries.Robin Kluck, a Broker Associate of the Middle Keys office, celebrated twenty-two (22) years with CBSREC. Robin has been listing and selling real estate for more than 23 years, is a past president of the Marathon & Lower Keys Board of Realtors, and specializes in luxury, resort and commercial properties.
Vic Musmanno of the Key West office marked fourteen (14) years with CBSREC. Musmanno has been a consistent top producer for CBSREC and its Key West office.
Shannon Musmanno, also of the Key West office, reached eleven (11) years with CBSREC, and Elaine Zimmerman of the Middle Keys office, and Fran Herbenick of the Key Largo office attained nine (9) years, respectively, while Gloria Walters of the Key Largo office celebrated her seventh (7) year.
Several other agents achieved their sixth (6) anniversary with CBSREC. They include: Tommy Gomez, manager of the Key West office; Kathleen Gomez, Dave Wiley and Karen Haack, all of the Lower Keys office; and Erin Biby of Team Mullins in the Key West office
