HOME SALES OUTLOOK UPWARD By Josh Gore, Citizen Staff UPPER KEYS — Real estate sales this year are up a little in the Upper Keys and rebounding in the Middle Keys, according to an analysis by Ed Andersen of Coldwell Banker Schmitt Realty.
