Florida Keys – November 2, 2015 – The month of October marked the official anniversary month for Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. (CBSREC), with 60 years of service now to buyers and sellers in the Florida Keys. The company was founded in 1955 by the late Alan Schmitt who originally came to The Keys as General Manager for Phil Sadowski’s Key Colony Beach developments.
Today, Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company, with five offices located between Key Largo and Key West, continues to be, as it has for the past 12 years, the Florida Keys’ leader for listings and sales.
Also in October, Banks Prevatt (Lower Keys office) marked twelve (12) years with CBSREC.
Ruth Pasquale (Lower Keys Manager), Donna Pezzi (Lower Keys) and Brian Trible (Key West office) achieved their sixth (6) year with CBSREC, while Rick Servais (Middle Keys office) reached his fifth (5) year with CBSREC.
