A Key West home at 1514-4th Street listed for sale by Brian Trible of Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s Key West office had 12,000 views during one week in February; more than any other listing on realtor.com.

“It took longer to take the photographs with the right weather and angle of the sun than it did to get our first offer!” said Trible.
