Coldwell Banker Schmitt Announces Top Agents and Honorees For 2015 At Annual Awards Banquet

Florida Keys – March 14, 2016 - Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company (CBSREC) hosted its annual Awards Banquet on February 27 recognizing achievements by agents, staff, and business partners at Hawk’s Cay Resort on Duck Key. Attending were 225 agents and staff from the company’s five offices in Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key, and Key West plus guests.
Among the special guests this year were Tom Wright, Kathy Hunt, and Sue Lovely of Thomas D. Wright Law Office; Carolyn Frey of Mortgage Lending Solutions, and several representatives from Coldwell Banker including Nelson Bennett, Senior Vice President & Regional Director of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC Eastern Region; Russell Stinnett, Regional Vice President-Franchise Development; and Steve Carr, Senior Director, Coldwell Banker Southern Region.
Lisa Ferringo from the Lower Keys office was awarded Overall Company Top Producer and Top Listing Agent as well as the Top Lower Keys Office Agent for the company in 2015. The Alina Davis Team was awarded Top Islamorada Office Agents. Vic Musmanno received the Top Key West Office Agent. Sally Stribling was awarded Top Key Largo Office Agent and Sam Williams was Top Middle Keys Office Agent.
The award for Top Short-Term Rental Manager went to Barbara McKee of the Middle Keys office, and the award for Top Long-Term Rental Manager went to Peter Petro of the Key West office.
CBSREC has three Rising Stars for 2015, Janessa Silvestri (Key Largo Office), Margaret Gonzalez (Islamorada Office) and Chase Foster (Middle Keys Office).
Marcy Reed and Robin Kluck (Middle Keys Office) were awarded Commitment Awards for their loyalty and dedication for 25 years with CBSREC.
Lisa Ferringo (Lower Keys) was awarded the President’s Award by President/Broker, Brian Schmitt.
Ruth Pasquale (Manager of the Lower Keys Office), was awarded the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation (CBSCF) Founder’s Award, which acknowledges the Coldwell Banker Schmitt agent or employee that most exemplified what the Foundation’s mission, for her dedication and work on its behalf.
