Note from Coldwell Banker Schmitt: Coldwell Banker has issued its annual Home Listing Report which compares residential affordability in over 2,000 United States communities.  The report is based on the average price for a four-bedroom, two-bath house.  That is not a very prevalent configuration in the Florida Keys, but Key Largo and Big Pine Key are to be found amid the results.
